So, call me crazy…but getting my Sunset magazine every month makes me really happy. Since it’s based in the Bay Area it has a nice local feel even though it’s widely circulated. One of my favorite features is the Northern California Weekend. It allows me to dream about exploring my little part of the world, even if I don’t always get the opportunity to do it. A few weekends ago, the stars or planets or something aligned and none of us had anything on the calendar. That hardly EVER happens nowadays. So we took a little trip to Limantour Beach and walked along the spit…followed by lunch in Point Reyes at one of my favorite places – Cowgirl Creamery. Here are a few pictures of our weekend…
We are lucky to live in this part of the country…the “Sunset” weekend opportunities are endless. We just need to make time to enjoy them!
